The lounge benefits from french windows through which the sea view can be fully appreciated. The lounge has a sofa which converts to a double bed settee if required. The pull out bed has legs. There is a pine table with four chairs and the table will extend to seat six if required. There is also a central table which houses four stools for games. Chess, drafts, cards, ludo, etc, have all been left in the flat.

All the windows are fitted with external roller blinds which are raised and lowered by pulling the chord at the right hand side. The blinds are multifunctional, keeping the flat cool and dulling any noise. They should always be left shut when the flat is empty as they also provide security. In addition to the air conditioning, the central lights are fitted with fans which can be operated independently by pulling the chords.

There is also a television, a DVD player, a VHS player and a Playstation games console.
