It is a first floor apartment with a lift. Access is quite easy as cars are able to load and unload quite close to the entrance. The flat comprises a kitchen and small utility, a house bathroom and separate toilet, 3 bedrooms, a sitting room and spacious terrace. It is a corner locaton which means it has a light and yet airy position. The sitting room, terrace and master bedroom all enjoy sea views. There is a solarium up on the roof that provides an ideal spot to dry washing, sunbathe or admire the views.

Guardamar is a small coastal town situated between the bustling town of Torrevieja and the city of Alicante. Being mainly populated by Spanish people it has retained much of its traditional culture and charm. It enjoys a great deal of natural beauty with its extensive golden beaches and year round sunshine. Formerly a Moorish stronghold, the remains of the castle are still in evidence. Some thought has been given to the expansion of the town and there are many parks and green spaces. Pine and eucalyptus trees have been thickly planted among the sand dunes. The main language is Spanish although Guardamar is part of the  region of Valencia and many of the locals also speak Valenciano. Fortunately the busy main coastal road bypasses Guardamar, leaving only light traffic in the town. The climate in Guardamar is consistently emiable with an average temperature of 18°C and blue skies all year round.
